> Inform you of promotions , specials and events via email or post
With your permission we may securely store your customer details, but we will not sell, trade or share this information with anyone. We may also keep track of your order history to help with future orders. |

Customers have the confidence in knowing that all their details are protected. Visual clues tell you when you have entered our secure shopping environment. In the bottom of your browser, the key or padlock icon, which is normally broken, becomes solid. |

All of your information is stored in a secure database that can only be accessed by authorised persons |

We will endeavour to courier your purchases to you within 14 days anywhere in New Zealand. All deliveries are by courier so we cannot send to PO Box addresses. We do not deliver outside New Zealand. Our courier prices are as follows:
> North Island $7.00 > South Island $12.00
Please note that higher delivery charges may apply for large/heavy items. We will advise you when you place an order if a higher delivery charge is required. We will not send goods without your approval of the higher rate. |

We stand by the quality of the products we sell and if there is a problem we are happy to exchange or refund. Please remember we do not refund change of mind purchases. We can however credit your account if you contact us within 14 days of you receiving the goods.
Delivery charges are not refundable.
If your purchase was damaged in transit please contact us within 48 hours and we will replace the damaged goods. Please note any replacements are subject to stock availability. |
Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and the prices displayed include GST (12.5%). All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter the price for any reason. If this affects your purchase we will contact you prior to delivery. |
